District 9 Conference will be held October 6-9 2011

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Lois Frankel will be our keynote speaker on Friday, October 7th. Dr. Frankel
literally wrote the book on coaching people to succeed in businesses large and small around the globe. Her books Nice
Girls Don't Get The Corner Office and Nice Girls Don't Get Rich are international bestsellers translated into over twenty-
five languages worldwide. Her new book Nice Girls Just Don't Get It will be released in April. This new look at successful
women expands the tips from Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office to all aspects of a woman's life. Dr.
Frankel illuminates the critical strategies and accompanying tactics to go from "nice girl" to "winning woman."
Workshops: We know that very talented Zontians in our District offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to share
and we’re offering that opportunity. Our Workshop Committee is asking members to submit proposals to conduct

workshops at the Conference.

Club Service & Fundraising Presentations: Our Workshop Committee is also interested in presenting the most successful
service projects and fund raising programs in the District.
We are soliciting presentations in categories of small, medium,
and large Clubs for both service and fund raising presentations.
